We measure our success by the 360° value we create for our clients, each other, our shareholders, partners and communities.</p> <p>The Payroll Tax Administrator will work under various levels of supervision and participating on various payroll projects. You will focus in any of the following Shared Services disciplines: payroll, tax support, system applications, employee service center and HRIS, etc. Process $500M+ manual wire payments annually to 3rd Party Vendors thru SAP and address any funding/reporting issues.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for performing analysis of payroll data and harmonization for US payroll</p> </li><li> <p>Handle investigation and analysis of payroll issues to determine the root cause in order to earmark gaps in already existing solutions and support the development of new measures</p> </li><li> <p>Mapping issues and process vendor payments reporting for US and Int'l Assignee payroll</p> </li><li> <p>Process entries in SAP</p> </li><li> <p>Payroll Tax & Accounting related projects</p> </li><li> <p>Support various payroll tax activities</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze compensation related data including wages and bonuses</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare upload files CDGT EIB for processing in Workday Payroll</p> </li><li> <p>Good understanding of payroll codes, taxability W2 mapping</p> </li><li> <p>Respond professionally to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies as required</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in Payroll Tax, Accounting and/or Finance </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must understand and be able to perform gross to net calculations</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with payroll tax adjustments and W2 processing</p> </li><li> <p>Workday Payroll experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Payroll Certification FPC or CPP desired</p> </li><li> <p>Must be detail oriented and extremely accurate</p> </li><li> <p>Strong math, problem solving and analytical skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and meet strict processing deadlines, producing accurate results</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain a positive mindset and professional demeanor</p> </li><li> <p>Strong Excel Skills including V-Lookups, Pivots and Macros</p> </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong integrity, professionalism, communication, and accountability</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage ongoing responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Multitasks perform under high pressure environment</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in a fast-changing environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
