Direct supervision of the Long-Term Care and Elderly and Disabled Senior managers, as well as the Fair Hearings Supervisor and Special Projects manager. This position is also responsible for the review of operational reports involving all aspects of eligibility processing (applications, reviews, case maintenance and other tasks), timeliness of processing, quality of case work along with ensuring customer service and responsiveness to the public and providers is meeting our standards. Provides data for KDHE leadership, legislature, Governor and federal entities for the purposes of managing eligibility policy and operations.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:</p> <p>Overall responsibility for review of current operations, ongoing analysis to improve operational processes, customer service, quality, productivity and efficiency. Involved in making important strategic decisions as well as development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
