<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position will specialize in procedures and functions for and within the QC department. Adhering to all Baldor procedures and policies, Food safety SQF & personnel safety procedures, programs and policies.</p> <ul> <li>Essential Job Functions: </li><li>· Must be able to Stand </li><li>· Must be able to bend & kneel </li><li>· Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs. </li><li>· Must able to work in a cold environment. </li><li>· Must be presentable at all times </li><li>· Ability communicate clearly </li><li>· Must be organized </li><li>· Must speak English and Spanish fluently </li></ul> <p>Position Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Schedule depends on required days to work (start time to be determined)</p> <p>Extra day(s) as required (start time to be determined)</p> <p>Duties-</p> <p>a) To perform all functions assigned by the Inventory Control Department</p> <p>a. Qualifying and Validating Physical Number in Warehouse Location.</p> <p>b. Physically going to the Prime location, Make items Match Unit of Measure and update exact count in slot physically.</p> <p>b) Adhere to all IC SOP's</p> <p>c) Give feed-back on all issues to Supervisor</p> <p>a. Alert IC Supervisor of any food safety or security issue's</p> <p>d) To follow all the Safety and Food Safety HACCP & Personnel Safety guidelines.</p> <p>a. To adhere to all HACCP & SQF standards set forth by Baldor</p> <p>b. To adhere to all Safety standards</p> <p>c. Report any accidents and safety concerns to the supervisor</p> <p>e) Keep an open communication with your supervisor to resolve any issues based on Inventory duties</p> <p>f) Ensure tasks giving to be completed are completed in the time frame directed by supervisor</p> <p>g) Any other responsibilities to be fulfilled as assigned by the company</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: High School or equivalent</p> <p>Experience: Strong Mathematical, Organizational and Reading skill are needed to Perform this Job Function..</p> <p>Shift: 11:00am - 8:00pm</p>
