<p>STV is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AEC Industry Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month project contract with the potential to extend. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and will be located in one of the following STV offices: Bellevue, WA, Portland, OR, or Los Angeles, CA.</p> <p>The STV Talent Acquisition team is a dedicated group of professionals who are committed to building our company's greatest assets - our people. We enjoy working together in a collaborative culture, identifying and delivering high performing employees.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to source candidates for a variety of positions</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate to open positions as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising/posting and sourcing</p> </li><li> <p>Sources and identifies qualified candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with HRBP team and hiring managers</p> </li><li> <p>Develops new hire compensation package/offers</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience</p> </li><li> <p>6+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experience</p> </li><li> <p>Recruiting experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is required, with a demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload of 10+ hires per month.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong sourcing and networking skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and the ability to make cold calls</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to change recruitment direction and priorities, based on ever-changing critical needs</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking Systems would be a big plus</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and OFCCP compliance</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation Range:</p> <p>$102,094.36 - $116,679.27</p> <p>STV offers the following benefits • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society Memberships</p> <p>STV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
