<p>Position: Food Service Associate</p> <p>Reports to: Store Manager</p> <p>Purpose of Position: We will rely on you to make sure each guest receives prompt and reliable service.</p> <p>As a Food Service Associate you will need to have a strong commitment to teamwork, good communication skills and can adaptable well to change.</p> <p>Customer Service Associates are responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Maintaining store to the needs of management while giving excellent customer service to each guest </li><li>Completing customer transactions by scanning product or manually keying price into register, finalizing sale and collecting payment from customer </li><li>Ensure compliance with age restricted products such as tobacco, alcohol and lottery </li><li>Prepare food and beverage in a manner to meet customer expectations </li><li>Familiarity with food handling, safety and other food service guidelines </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized store, register area and backroom </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area </li><li>Properly operate cooking equipment </li><li>Maintain cleanliness outside of the store </li><li>Ensure all deliveries are made according to company policy </li><li>Maintain safe/secure environment adhering to company safety methods </li><li>Properly record time worked </li><li>Complete daily paperwork/record-keeping </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred </li><li>0-6 months' work experience </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 16 years of age </li><li>Must successfully complete company training </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to traverse all parts of the location quickly </li><li>Prolonged periods of standing on a hard surfaced floor </li><li>Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds at a time </li></ul> <p>Customer Service Associates will be provided with the following:</p> <ul> <li>Training program </li><li>Opportunity for advancement </li><li>Pay increases </li><li>Flexible schedules </li><li>Annual review/evaluation </li><li>Employee referral bonus program </li><li>Company paid life insurance </li><li>Weekly pay </li></ul>
