<p>Driver</p> <p>Reports to: Distribution Manager</p> <p>Scope</p> <p>Drivers are responsible to deliver product on time in a safe manner. They must maintain product integrity in transit, verify delivery and return quantities and clean trucks.</p> <p>This is a third shift job. and is from 10pm to 5 or 6am. It can be 4 and up to a 6 day work week.</p> <p>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Verify delivery quantities and load trucks.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver product in a safe and timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain product integrity throughout delivery cycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Count and collect returns.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately complete all delivery tickets.</p> </li><li> <p>Upon return to facility, unload racks and baskets and ensure truck is clean. 7. Communicate with the Distribution Manager concerns that are impeding efficient performance of tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate to the Distribution Manager customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery or service.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional duties upon request.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete the Driver Log and Delivery checklist and ensure that all tasks are complete.</p> </li><li> <p>Practice "Clean As You Go."</p> </li><li> <p>Report to work on time and maintain good personal hygiene.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines throughout the production shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.</p> </li></ol> <p>Qualifications</p> <ol> <li> <p>Drivers license with good driving record.</p> </li><li> <p>Physically able to load, unload and deliver racks.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have knowledge of basic math and reading (English) skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work well in a team environment.</p> </li></ol> <p>*</p>
