<p>Shift Schedule:</p> <p>B2: Thursday-Saturday 5 pm - 5 am and Wednesdays from 5:00pm-11:00 pm</p> <p>Values:</p> <p>To perform the job successfully, the incumbent's behavior must be consistent with the PRIDE values expected of</p> <p>all Mastronardi Produce employees: be Passionate; have Respect; be Innovative; be Driven and strive for</p> <p>Excellence.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Start up, changeover, and shut down assigned machines as necessary </li><li>Effectively and efficiently set-up labeler and identify quality issues </li><li>Perform minor adjustments to machinery under the supervision of maintenance supervisor, production </li></ul> <p>lead, and/or production supervisor</p> <ul> <li>Complete production documentation as assigned </li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance of equipment including basic mechanical preventive inspections </li><li>Conduct maintenance visual inspections and machine lubrication as required by the computer </li></ul> <p>maintenance management system (CMMS) issued operator PMs</p> <ul> <li>Complete work orders in the CMMS </li><li>Periodically document and complete PM and operation specification checklists at the line </li><li>Maintain relevant documentation for assigned equipment </li><li>Perform quality checks on assigned machines </li><li>Maintain safety, quality and production standards </li></ul> <p>Education/Background Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Basic mathematic skills are required </li><li>Industrial packaging machine operating experience is preferred </li></ul> <p>Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills including reading and understanding technical documentation </li><li>Ability to explain and communicate issues effectively as required </li><li>Basic understanding of wrappers, scales, baggers, labelers and printers related to set-up is preferred. </li><li>Consistently meet line efficiencies for assigned line and schedule </li><li>Team player driven to succeed in a flexible fast-paced environment </li><li>Detail oriented to be able to understand and quickly correct deviations in the process according to system </li></ul> <p>design and upper and lower control limits</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Environment includes an expansive refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 48-53 </li></ul> <p>degrees Fahrenheit</p> <ul> <li>The background noise approaches 70 decibels </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently throughout the day </li></ul>
