The ideal candidate will be highly skilled and motivated, have a strong technical background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in software development. This position will coordinate with other departments during the tools development.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Integrated System Planning Tools across Avangrid. Provide technical direction and support to the development team, including code reviews, design discussions, and troubleshooting Mentor and provide technical support to other team members Provide technical support and training to the users of the tools. Coordinate with other departments during the development of tools Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the development process.
