This position will report to our Supply Chain Manager and is an on-site role</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs. </li><li>Generate and issue purchase orders; confirms and coordinates pricing, delivery, and other terms of purchase transaction. </li><li>Evaluates vendors based on price, quality, reliability and capability. </li><li>Ensure that purchasing documents are complete, accurate, and include appropriate and reasonable terms and conditions. </li><li>Maintain pricing histories and other vendor records. </li><li>Track order status to ensure timely delivery. </li><li>Update/communicate with other departments on a component delivery status. </li><li>Set up new vendor accounts and maintain supplier database. </li><li>Maintain filing system. </li><li>Assist in the improvement of department procedures. </li><li>Generate reports from AX and other systems as required. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Completed Bachelors Degree. </li><li>1-2 years of experience preferred. </li><li>Fully proficient in MS Office & Outlook. </li><li>D365 experience is a huge plus! </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check that includes: degree verification, criminal records check, medical and drug screen, professional references, prior employment verification* </li></ul> <p>We offer a comprehensive compensation package in line with market pay that includes a very generous benefits package.
