Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we are the nation's fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a new disruptive force in the market.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze Training Program Effectiveness: Evaluate the performance and impact of retail training programs using data-driven insights, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization </li><li>Generate Actionable Insights: Translate qualitative and quantitative data from training assessments, field feedback, and performance metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for program enhancements </li><li>Maintain Training Dashboards & Validate Data Accuracy: Manage and update training dashboards to ensure consistent visibility into program performance, while validating data inputs to maintain accuracy, integrity, and reliability for reporting and decision-making </li><li>Support Ad Hoc Reporting Needs: Respond to varying reporting and data requests from stakeholders, delivering timely and accurate insights that support evolving business priorities and strategic initiatives </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field - or </li><li>4+ years of relevant experience in training analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Core Competencies: </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop actionable, data-driven solutions </li><li>Excellent organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple priorities while ensuring alignment with business goals </li><li>Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences </li><li>Technical Skills: </li><li>Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and dashboard creation </li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for automation, reporting, and workflow optimization </li><li>Solid working knowledge of SQL, with specific experience in Microsoft SQL Server environments </li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau </li><li>Visa sponsorship not available for this role </li></ul> <p>Location: Littleton, Colorado - this is a 100% in office/onsite position</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.</p> <p>The base pay range shown is a guideline.
