Credential At least two years of experience as a teacher lead, instructional coach/mentor, lead counselor, or an administrative role Valid California Administrative credential (or currently enrolled in an administrative credential program)At least three years of teaching or school guidance counseling experience (high school grades preferred) with consistent student achievement and growthEvidence of strong organizational, student management, and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Google Apps , plus an aptitude for quickly learning and mastering other data-based programsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
