<p>Overview</p> <p>The Clinical Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who assumes responsibility for the provision of quality care of the patient and their caregivers while enrolled in the Conway Regional Home Services program and assumes responsibility for providing leadership, supervision, training and direction to the clinical staff. This position is responsible and accountable for oversight and coordination of Home Health quality, performance improvement, patient satisfaction, analyzing clinical documentation, and staff education related to quality measures, documentation improvements, and regulatory requirements. This position will collaborate findings and opportunities for the Home Health Leadership team and the hospital quality department. This position will be a resource for state investigations and assist in overseeing action plans for improvement. This position is responsible for collaborating with inter-professional team members to ensure appropriate resources are available for all Home Health Staff. Must be competent in a wide variety of nursing skills. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care and promoting a team effort among co-workers. The Clinical Nurse Manager will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures, and standards of Conway Regional Health System. The Clinical Nurse Manager demonstrates a commitment to teamwork through effective collaborative efforts and is responsible and accountable to know, own and energize the vision, mission, values, and standards of Conway Regional Health System.</p> <p>SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:</p> <p>This position is a designated as "Safety Sensitive Position" under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>PRE-HIRE QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Registered Nurse with current, active license to practice in Arkansas, required </li><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing, required </li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in nursing practice, required </li><li>At least one year of home health experience, required </li><li>Two (2) years of Quality Management experience, preferred </li><li>Professional Board Certification in related field, preferred </li></ul>
