<p>Our Legal Department in Latham is hiring a full-time Associate In-House Counsel to join their team! The hours are Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>review and draft proposed contracts, assist in the negotiation of contracts, and ensure that contracts meet business and legal objectives; </li><li>provide legal advice with respect to corporate governance and administration; </li><li>assist in preparing and reviewing corporate documents including bylaws, minutes, resolutions, policies, procedures, and forms; </li><li>provide legal guidance and support for various practice activities and issues; </li><li>support CCP TASS risk management activities by anticipating and guarding against legal risks to Community Care Physicians, PLLC; </li><li>monitor pertinent legislative and regulatory developments; </li><li>educate board, management, health care providers, and other staff when necessary; </li><li>assist in overseeing outside counsel; and </li><li>assist in handling complex legal matters, business transactions, or other projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!</p> <p>Annual salary range: $125,000 - $187,500</p> <p>CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
