<p>Department: Anodizing</p> <p>Job Title: Entry Level-Crane Operator</p> <p>Reports To: Department Manager with direction from Team Leader</p> <p>Shift/Hours: 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM 12-hour shift/rotating shift</p> <p>Starting Pay: $22.56, with the ability to earn more</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator for our Anodizing department. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a crane to lift and position aluminum materials and products throughout the department. Your expertise will ensure that materials are transported efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. If you have a passion for heavy machinery and possess the necessary skills to operate cranes effectively, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>What You Will Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li>Operate overhead cranes and other heavy machinery to move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility. </li><li>Load and unload raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods as needed. </li><li>Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe operations of cranes, including conducting pre-operational checks and inspections. </li><li>Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to maintenance personnel. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, including removing debris and obstructions from crane paths and storage areas. </li><li>Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of processes. </li><li>Keep accurate records of materials used and production output. </li><li>Communicate with Team Leader and team members to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. </li><li>The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 pounds occasionally. </li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job included close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. </li><li>Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
