Performs basic patient care skills, follows infection control practices, positions, transfers and transports patients, takes vital signs, collects specimens, accurately observes, reports and charts, performs range of motion and assists with feedings, self-care and elimination needs.</p> <p>Salary: $29.69 - $29.69 Hourly</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <p>Current California Certification of Nursing Assistant OR current enrollment in a state approved nursing school program, with a minimum of one completed med/surg rotation</p> <p>Foreign trained RN considered. CNA certification would be required within 12 months of hire.</p> <p>Graduate from an approved nursing program; CNA certification is required within one year of an appointment as a CCP</p> <p>BLS required</p> <p>Knowledge of basic computer fundamentals preferred</p> <p>Ability to speak clearly and distinctly using appropriate English vocabulary and grammar</p> <p>Ability to understand oral and written directives</p> <p>Ability to read and write Standard English text</p> <p>Ability to perform basic arithmetic computations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)</p> <p>Demonstrates an understanding of basic medical terminology and abbreviations</p> <p>Ability to organize and prioritize work to complete assignments in a timely manner</p> <p>As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct; have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.</p>
