The Photo Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. This position executes category priorities, navigates supplier and distributor relationships, partners with field leadership and other cross functional teams to execute priorities. Candidates must be able to successfully:Primary ResponsibilitiesMerchandising Strategy & Product LifecycleAnalyze and interpret sales performance, customer insights, and store operational trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.Apply in-depth merchandising knowledge to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.Manage logistics for assigned brands across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with design teams during new product development.Collaborate with support teams to ensure they have the most up-to-date information and develop training programs togetherPlan and implement all projects for the category in partnership with cross functional teamsData Reporting, Communication & TrainingManage project capital and expense budgets including all equipment, signage, fixture and other expenses related to store projectsDeliver project level sales and margin goalsDevelop, administer, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to business leads and support stakeholder decision-makingMaintain all store lists for individual projects and master equipment lists for the full fleet of store equipmentManage all customer executive escalations responses to resolution including partnering with field to resolveQualifications EducationBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent specialized training or relevant professional qualifications also considered. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
