Click here for more information on compensation for these roles. </li><li>In addition to competitive compensation, DPS has other Total Reward offerings such as; time off, health and wellness benefits, and PERA Retirement. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>On a routine basis, inspect buildings, parking lots, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions </li><li>Be responsive to occupant requests relating to safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and general building condition through both personal contact and work order systems. </li><li>Respond quickly to emergency situations </li><li>Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems required </li><li>Perform assigned work to ensure the safety of the building's tenants and the continuous operation of the site </li><li>Prioritize service calls and follow-up upon completion </li><li>Evaluate and recommend solutions for continual issues </li><li>Order parts and supplies as needed, and maintain stock and inventory control </li><li>Prepare and maintain maintenance work order logs and other records.
