Applicants must be hard-working, fast-moving, responsible, and quick-thinking. They should also exhibit the ability to go the extra mile and make personal connections with every guest.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the Operations of the Restaurant </li><li>Responsible for ensuring Manager's complete the Repair/Maintenance, cleanliness, presentation and insurance/liability claims of all "Customer Areas"-Parking Lot, Dining Room, Drive-Thru, Kitchen and Bathrooms. </li><li>Regularly ensure team members are sweeping the parking lot and all areas </li><li>Swiftly cleaning anything in need appropriately </li><li>Ensuring all items in restrooms are fully functional and clean </li><li>Ensuring all Dining Room items (tables, chairs, condiment counter, trash bins) are fully functional and clean </li><li>Ensuring all foyers are clean and fully-functional </li><li>Responsible for ensuring Drive Thru Manager coaches the behaviors (attentiveness, courtesy, speed and accuracy) of all team members hosting or on register. Those behaviors include </li><li>Hustle that creates a surprisingly fast Speed of Service (Be Quick; Don't hurry) encourages team to push speed and accuracy simultaneously </li><li>Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment </li><li>Delivering Chick-fil-A's Recipe for Service </li><li>Coach team members in the CORE 4 and how to prioritize the different tasks required of them Cash management best practices </li><li>Ensuring all FOH Manager's are coaching the behaviors of all Trainers and Team Members who work the Dining Room. </li><li>Ensuring second mile service behaviors are being executed </li><li>Table touch ins (refreshing beverages and clearing trays) </li><li>Responsible for Kitchen manager is following Chick-fil-A procedures, food safety is top of mind, and speed of service is below 3:00. </li><li>Handling customer questions/comments: being able to listen to customer comments, apologize and ask the appropriate follow up questions, solve the customer's problems, and thank the customer for the contact-with a genuine, gracious manner. </li><li>Ensure Hospitality manager and Kitchen manager daily assign the hospitality and kitchen crew to positions, weekly schedule the best hospitality team members to available hours, and monthly either plan a team-building activity or present the hospitality team members with a token of thanks for work well done. </li><li>Responsible for working with the Training Director to ensure eRQA's and Safe Daily Critical's are done daily </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have open availability </li><li>Must have 5+ years of recent General Manager restaurant experience </li><li>Able to analyze the factors which drive a profit and loss statement </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for up to 10 hours at a time </li><li>Must have a Valid driver's license and reliable transportation </li><li>Serv Safe Certified (Preferred) </li><li>Must be 18 years or older </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Sunday's off! </li><li>Paid Vacation </li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Gym Membership </li><li>Bonuses </li><li>Free Food </li><li>Access to a large variety of discounts through Chick-fil-A partnerships </li><li>College tuition discounts and scholarship opportunities </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
