<p>Description</p> <p>Compliance Assistant - Part-time</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The preferred candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently. The position will entail exterior inspections of homes in a large residential community association, documenting compliance issues and confirming completion of exterior projects pursuant to written requests and approvals. Light office duties and use of small office equipment will be required from time to time.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Monitor the community for compliance with the Community Guidelines </li><li>Inspect and document exterior modification projects throughout the residential community for conformity with prior written approvals. </li><li>Monitor exterior common area for unauthorized users and/or activities. </li><li>Filing as necessary </li><li>Light office duties as needed </li><li>Attend weekly department meetings </li><li>Other duties as assigned by the supervisor </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Illinois driver's license and an excellent driving record, ability to read a map </li><li>Computer literacy required, and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred </li><li>Capable of working a flexible shift including afternoon, evening, weekend and some holidays.. </li><li>Must be able to interact and be cheerful with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and possess good reasoning skills </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, and residents of the community </li><li>Ability to lift 80 lbs. </li><li>Comfortable working indoors in a controlled climate with proper lighting as well as in an outdoor setting with variable climate and lighting. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Education: High school diploma or equivalent</p> <p>Experience: Previous experience working with the public preferred.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <p>As a part-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for benefits to include your choice of dental, vision and supplemental insurance.
