Include people. </li></ul> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The City of Neenah Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a seasonal Cemetery Technician Assistant II.  The purpose of this position is to participate in the operation of the City's cemetery maintenance program. The work is performed under the direction of the Superintendent of Parks/City Forester and supervised by the Cemetery Foreman.</p> <p>  </p> <p>Responsibilities </p> <ul> <li>Maintains cemetery including mowing, trimming, irrigating, cleaning, and general landscaping. </li><li>Assists with grave site layout, preparations and restoration. Assist with constructing forms and pouring concrete for monuments and markers. </li><li>Assists full-time staff in regular maintenance of cemetery facilities including HVAC systems, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, restoration and construction of cemetery grounds and buildings. </li><li>Operates and maintains light-duty equipment including loaders, tractors, trucks, mowers, plows, power tools and other construction equipment.   </li><li>Performs a wide variety of custodial tasks in cemetery buildings and facilities. </li><li>Assists Arborist with tree planting, pruning, and other tree maintenance. </li><li>Performs other landscaping duties in the cemetery. </li><li>Find the Job Description for further detail at: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/neenahwi/classspecs </li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Two year technical degree and one year experience or High School education and three years experience in grounds and facilities maintenance, horticulture, natural resources or forestry or closely related field or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.   </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and be willing to work in all weather conditions.   </li><li>Safety shoes that meet or exceed the current OSHA/ASTM standards are required for this position and a $75 stipend is available to help with the cost. </li></ul> <p> Wage/Hours</p> <ul> <li>Starting hourly wage is $20.00 per hour.   </li><li>This is a casual/seasonal position throughout the year with the opportunity for a regular part-time or full-time summer schedule.
