Prepares patients for physical therapy treatment by welcoming, comforting, providing and/or assisting patient into physical therapy room. Provides information to patients by answering questions and requests and allaying fears. Helps treat patients by applying heat packs and performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques. Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Maintains safe and clean working environment. Provides equipment and supplies by sterilizing and delivering equipment and supplies to treatment area and positioning equipment for therapist access. Maintains physical therapy supply inventory by checking and stocking the physical therapy room and consultation rooms.</p> <p>Qualifications: High School Graduate Must have previous customer service experience Good computer skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service Able to communicate well with patients Takes direction well Works well with a Team Willing to become CPR certified, if not already</p> <p>Hours: We are open Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. Everyone works 4 days a week. We are thinking the day off for this position will be Tuesdays but that may change.</p>
