The Analyst will collaborate directly with senior Technology, Strategy, and Operations leaders to document requirements for the product, assist in ETL development, refine its user experience, support the execution of go-to-market strategy and partner with stakeholders to identify insight in the data.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess advanced SQL and Excel skills, experience working in a high-growth, client-focused environment, and is an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.</p> <p>Representative Job Responsibilities and Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Leverage SQL to develop tables in data warehouse to support reporting </li><li>Collaborate with UX/UI team to develop front-end visuals and reporting </li><li>Partner with Strategy and Operations team to draft requirements and identify trends in data </li><li>Proactively analyze data to uncover insight, craft tailored message to stakeholders </li><li>Develop scalable processes & validation processes to ensure accurate and reliable data </li><li>Support team & organizational goals as needed </li><li>Protect organization by keeping information confidential & HIPAA-compliant </li><li>Expand knowledge of Shields and specialty pharmacy by participating in the educational opportunities we offer and reading professional publications </li></ul> <p>Skills and Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics consulting, or as an analytics developer role in a high-growth, client-facing environment </li><li>Expertise in identifying insight in large datasets and communicating tailored insight and technical processes to non-technical, executive, and stakeholder audiences </li><li>Experience supporting go-to-market strategy creation and execution </li><li>Experience building and scaling a high-impact team </li><li>Client-focused and growth mindset </li><li>Proactive and mission-focused </li><li>Advanced SQL and Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint skills </li><li>Must be a highly motivated, results-driven professional with an entrepreneurial attitude who can thrive in a team-oriented environment </li><li>Highly analytical with strong attention to detail; methodical thinker </li><li>Effective at multi-tasking; someone who enjoys and thrives wearing multiple hats at once, seeks exposure to different perspectives, and learning new skills </li><li>Customer service oriented, flexible and adaptable with proven ability to solve problems in a collaborative manner with strong ability to influence </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in STEM, finance, business administration, or computer science </li><li>Advanced degree a plus </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Base Salary </li><li>Annual Performance Bonus </li><li>Employee Benefits starting on Day 1 of employment </li></ul>
