<p>Why M Physicians?</p> <p>M Health Fairview Clinic - Smiley's is a conveniently located neighborhood clinic on E. 28h Street in Minneapolis that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life. We make everyday care for kids and adults easy, from annual checkups, vaccinations, and sports physicals to treatment for common illnesses, mental health care, women's health care, Gender Care, and more. For extra convenience, we offer an onsite Fairview pharmacy, which means you can easily pick up prescriptions following an appointment. We are a Certified Health Care Home and offer enhanced care coordination services. Along with our physicians, we use a team of educators, pharmacists, and psychologists to teach patients how to prevent and manage disease. The BHH program provides person-centered, multidisciplinary care to adults and youth with mental health diagnoses. The program focuses on integrating mental health and primary care to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through coordinated services and support.</p> <p>What you will do as a Clinic Services Assistant:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for patient registration and monitoring the clinic lobby </li><li>Checks-in patients for clinic services according to scripts and clinic process </li><li>Completes registration process, prints labels and prepares new patient registration as requested </li><li>Requests/obtains/sends medical records and diagnostic test results for patient visit to scheduled provider office </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years clerical experience in a medical or customer service setting </li><li>Previous computer entry experience with ability to learn new applications and work processes </li><li>Knowledge of basic medical terminology and keyboarding skills </li><li>Knowledge of environment of care and infection control policies </li></ul> <p>Location: 2020 E 28th St., Minneapolis, MN, 55407</p> <p>Hours:1.0 FTE</p> <p>Benefits: This is a fully benefit eligible position: Competitive wages, Healthcare (including vision & dental), 401K, parking & tuition assistance and more!</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>20.00 - 29.00 USD Hourly</p> <p>At M Physicians we believe in pay transparency and equity.
