If you have 2-5 years of experience in business operations analysis or project management, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support the development and execution of business operations best practices across the department. This position will be full-time contract and hybrid.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain robust tracking of all budgets; complete all Finance deliverables on time and as requested</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the creation and implementation of business operations strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with developing and maintaining metrics and reports to track performance and efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with updating or drafting new job descriptions to ensure positions are properly classified by SPD and team member duties are aligned with current operational needs</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the CDO, Deputy CDO, and team directors to test and implement new systems or procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, showcasing findings and recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Provide project coordination and communications support as needed for business operations projects</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to HIPAA and other state statutes related to protecting data confidentiality and individual privacy</p> </li><li> <p>Support Data Transformation projects and activities, as requested.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or proven experience in business administration, operations and management, project management, or another related field</p> </li><li> <p>2-5 years of directly applicable experience in business operations analysis or project management</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of business operations and procedures in a technical or data and analytics environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with multiple and fluid demands</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain effective and professional working relationships with internal and external customers</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards</p> </li><li> <p>Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor</p> </li></ul> <p>#dnp</p> <p>Reasonable accommodation statement</p> <p>If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 - 8111.</p> <p>$44 per hour</p> <p>The pay range for this position is listed above.
