<p>Compounding Supervisor (Weekend Shift)</p> <p>Location: Groveport, OH | Full-Time, Weekend Shift | On-Site</p> <p>Do you like to lead with passion for precision, process, and people?</p> <p>We want you to help us!</p> <p>What You'll Be Mixing Up:</p> <p>As our Compounding Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated weekend team in the production of high-quality bulk products. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly, safely and that scheduling SAP is accurate.</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage weekend compounding operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. </li><li>Train, coach, and develop your team to hit performance targets and grow their skills. </li><li>Troubleshoot batching issues and resolve SAP or documentation discrepancies. </li><li>Collaborate with other departments to keep production flowing. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and team performance. </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment. </li></ul> <p>What We Need from You:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry). </li><li>3+ years of supervisory experience. </li><li>Strong knowledge of GMP, OSHA safety standards, and SAP. </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Can lift up to 80 lbs and move drums up to 600 lbs with equipment. </li><li>Are comfortable working in a wet, chemical-based environment. </li><li>Know how to lead a team with confidence and compassion on weekends </li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting. </li></ul>
