It expands the regional pipeline by identifying opportunities across Latin America and establishing strategic internal and external partnerships, while partnering with Global NBD on opportunity assessment, due diligence, risk evaluation, and integration planning. The position also manages strategy and operations teams to align cross-functional execution, optimize resource allocation and go-to-market models, and report progress to executives, while establishing governance to drive key strategic initiatives and leading special projects. In addition, it supports patient programs and diagnostic/launch readiness efforts, including operational optimization, analytics/KPI development, service-level monitoring and SOP simplification, and market preparation and stakeholder engagement to enable successful launches and improved patient outcomes.</p> <p>Major Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop deep market and innovation portfolio understanding and expertise to Identify businesses filling portfolio gaps and exploring white spaces within our current TAs. </li><li>Analyzing market trends, identifying unmet needs, and developing strategies to capitalize on market opportunities. </li><li>Identify new business opportunities in different markets in Latin America, expand pipeline and current business potential by establishing strategic partnerships (internal & external). </li><li>Collaborate closely with Global NBD teams in assessing new business opportunities and conducting due diligence for new deals on potential acquisition targets, including evaluating the strategic fit, assessing the financial and operational risks, and developing integration plans </li><li>Manage strategy & operations team and work closely with other departments, such as strategic marketing and finance, to ensure that strategies are aligned, and providing key insights and recommendations to constantly optimize resource allocation, GTM models and fostering best practice sharing. </li><li>Monitor and reports results for executive level management. </li><li>Incubate a consistent process and governance model for conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives to be executed throughout the year according to the strategic agenda. </li><li>Lead Special Projects for J&J IM Latin America. </li><li>Developing, shaping, and implementing diagnostic and support programs, working in conjunction with local and regional teams, to enable patients to start and stay in treatment and get best possible health outcomes. Its goal is to ensure that the CoE is improving patient experience as part of the Brand strategy, while including technology, digital and data elements in current and future offerings. </li><li>For PS: Drive Operational optimization, cost efficiency, Digital Journeys, Virtual Nurse Visits, PS Frameworks and Services Catalog </li><li>For PS: Create Analytics aligning concepts, new KPIs to answer KBQs in brands, digital and operational levels. </li><li>For PS: Service Level Monitoring process leverage, SOPs review and simplification and guarantee deployment to clusters </li><li>For PM: driving market insights, early market preparation and guiding clusters on needs and opportunities for a successful launch </li><li>For PM: Map lab infrastructure and align readiness/ gaps w/ brand, access, policy, and medical affairs: Identify stakeholders and adapt PM strategy to drive testing awareness. Apply best practices for engaging labs and diagnostic experts compliantly. Align and Integrate PM insights with Regional Brand teams to support planning. Engage societies and support testing quality and internal PM training. Execute regional Dx strategy by identifying needs, building partnerships, collaborating on market shaping, awareness and education </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. </li><li>A minimum of 12 years' work experience required in areas like New Business Development, Commercial Marketing, Strategic Planning. </li><li>Proven success in working in matrix organization, connecting stakeholders across multiple fields and functions, translating insights into solutions derived from collaboration. </li><li>Experience in the pharmaceutical market environment is required. </li><li>Experience in digital transformation or business transformation projects is highly preferred. </li><li>Expertise in Scrum or Agile methodologies is highly preferred. </li><li>Fluent in English, strong communication and presentation skills as well as the proven ability to navigate and lead through influencing in a complex, matrix-organization is a necessary skill. </li><li>A demonstrated ability to partner and work with multiple external stakeholders, managing budgets and forecasting and projects, cross-functionally, cross-geography and with cross-company teams of high-level managers and executives is required. </li><li>Former experience leading teams is required: hiring, managing performance, coaching and driving high performing and inclusive culture. </li><li>An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making is required. </li><li>Highly strategic Mindset, with ability to simplify and translate data into insights and solutions. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <p>Pharmaceutical Industry, Strategic Business Planning</p> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <p>Agile Framework, Alliance Formation, Business Communications, Business Planning, Business Savvy, Business Unit Management, Data Reporting, Demand Planning, Developing Others, Financial Forecasting, Inclusive Leadership, Inspirational, Leadership, Marketing, Operational Excellence, Operations Management, Performance Measurement, Problem Solving, Regulatory Environment, Scrum, Strategic Analysis, Strategic Change, Strategic Thinking</p>
