<p>Inventory Coordinator</p> <p>Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt</p> <p>Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6:30 am to 3 pm - Overtime expected during the last week of month, end of quarter</p> <p>Hourly Wage: Starting at $19.25/hr</p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <p>We are looking for a self-motivated Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for inventory audits, compliance tags, and supporting order fulfillment across the facility. This role will work with the Logistics Supervisor and Inventory Manager to ensure that we are proactive in addressing potential issues, maintaining compliance throughout the facility, maintaining compliance within Biotrack/Metric systems and to formulate, implement and enforce proper techniques within the production areas and warehouse.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct inventory inspections and maintain accurate METRC and Biotrack logs to ensure full traceability of plant and product movement throughout the facility. </li><li>Create and manage METRC plant tags and update new plantings based on information from clone logs in coordination with the cultivation team. </li><li>Perform physical plant counts in all cultivation rooms weekly, ensuring alignment with whiteboard records and system data. </li><li>Conduct monthly audits of all production room (cultivation, extraction, kitchen, packaging and warehouse) through Biotrack and METRC systems. </li><li>Reconcile physical and online inventory levels. </li><li>Verify and count production received from manufacturing. </li><li>Assist with lost SKU investigations. </li><li>Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and stickering finished goods. </li><li>Accurately document and enter data to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Identify and promptly report discrepancies to team leads and the Inventory Manager, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions. </li><li>Support problem-solving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and compliance reporting. </li><li>Submit a weekly compliance report to the Inventory Manager summarizing findings and updates. </li><li>Ensure all plant waste is properly logged, processed in Biotrack/METRC, and disposed of in accordance with regulations. </li><li>Support all departments with their monthly audits and compliance-related reporting. </li><li>Provide training and education on data collection, auditing systems, and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance. </li><li>Establish and uphold data quality standards, working closely with management to align with regulatory requirements. </li><li>Evaluate current inventory tracking systems and reporting procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency. </li><li>Ensure strict adherence to company policies and state regulatory standards, actively participating in compliance initiatives. </li><li>Participate in continuous process improvement efforts, collaborating with leadership to refine workflows and enhance compliance protocols. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of cycle counts and inventory auditing experience </li><li>1+ year of experience with inventory systems </li><li>1+ years of experience in distribution, order fulfillment, or production/warehouse environments. </li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to solve complex data problems </li><li>Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills </li><li>Ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced knowledge and experience managing database systems and/or data warehouse management systems preferred </li><li>Advanced knowledge and experience with data integration and extraction from and to multiple diverse data sources and software programs preferred </li><li>Previous experience in cannabis preferred </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the duration of scheduled shift. </li><li>Comfortable with using a lift to access heights up to 25 feet. </li><li>Close vision (20 inches) required to read labels and important SKU information </li><li>Legible handwriting skills </li></ul>
