This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Pay of $20 - $27/hour based on experience. </li><li>$2,000 Sign-On Bonus </li><li>Temp-to-Hire after 6 months </li><li>Paid breaks </li><li>Second shift | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts </li><li>8% shift differential </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Referral and reward programs </li><li>Opportunities for advancement </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or trade school preferred </li><li>3+ years of experience in durable goods assembly, manufacturing, or automotive/mechanical trades </li><li>Ability to lift 26-50 lbs. </li><li>Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Familiarity with engine systems and blueprints </li><li>Basic PC, math, and communication skills </li><li>ASE or CSE certification - preferred </li><li>Flexibility to work overtime and various shifts as needed </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do as an Engine Assembler:</p> <ul> <li>Align and position engine components using hoists or manual methods </li><li>Assemble, fasten, and install piping, fixtures, wiring, and subassemblies </li><li>Inspect and test finished assemblies for conformance to specifications </li><li>Use tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to verify part accuracy </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and control plans </li><li>Repair or replace defective components and rework assemblies as needed </li><li>Maintain and lubricate mechanical systems and gearboxes </li><li>Document work progress and communicate updates to Team Leader </li><li>Follow OSHA and company safety standards </li><li>Support cross-functional production tasks and special projects </li><li>Uphold the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct </li></ul>
