The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.</p> <p>About the Program: The Family Based Services program is an intensive, team approach to community based services, engaging individuals with complex needs, aimed to support the client in remaining in the least restrictive living environment, restore adaptive functioning in the home, and strengthen the use of coping strategies and support system. This program targets families with DCFS involvement and/or youth on formal probation.</p> <p>Role Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Mental Health Services Provider to deliver comprehensive mental health services, ensuring exceptional client care. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to creating a healthy, therapeutic, and safe environment for clients. Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy, conducting psycho-social assessments, and actively participating in the development of Child and Family Teams (CFT). The Wraparound program is an intensive, team approach to community based services, engaging individuals with complex needs, aimed to support the client in remaining in the least restrictive living environment, restore adaptive functioning in the home, and strengthen the use of coping strategies and support system. This program targets families with DCFS involvement and/or youth on formal probation.</p> </li><li> <p>Incentive: This position is eligible for an incentive of $1,500 paid after 3 months of continuous employment and a retention incentive of $1,500 after 12 months of continuous employment.</p> </li><li> <p>Clinical Supervision is provided with ability to earn all clinical hours towards licensure</p> </li><li> <p>This position does qualify towards Public Student Loan Forgiveness as a non-profit organization</p> </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide individual, family, play, and group therapy for designated caseload of clients. </li><li>Conduct psycho-social assessments and treatment planning, utilize DSM for diagnosing </li><li>Document client services in accordance with Department of Mental Health standards and Department of Children and Family Services </li><li>Conduct visits to homes, schools and or other service locations in the community in order to help client achieve their treatment plan goals </li><li>Maintain effective and professional collaboration with treatment team which includes: Therapist, Facilitator, Child and Family Specialist, Parent Partner, and any informal and formal supports to the family, to ensure quality client care </li><li>Interface with Department of Children and Family Services, Department of Mental Health, court systems, schools, law enforcement, health care providers and other community liaisons. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling is required </li><li>Active registration or licensure with California BBS is required </li><li>Experience in In-Home Services or work with high-risk children, adolescents, and their families required </li><li>Strong clinical skills in individual, family, play, and group therapy are required </li><li>Good oral, written, and organizational skills are required </li><li>Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier. </li><li>Bilingual and bicultural skills in Spanish required </li><li>Previous Wraparound Approach Services Program experience preferred </li></ul> <p>St. Anne's Family Services is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply!</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Active registration or licensure with California BBS is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in In-Home Services or work with high-risk children, adolescents, and their families.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong clinical skills in individual, family, play, and group therapy are required.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous Wraparound Approach Services Program experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Good oral, written, and organizational skills are required.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical ability to perform Pro-ACT, administer First Aid/CPR and operate an agency motor vehicle.</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess and maintain a valid CA drivers' license, automotive liability insurance, and a driving record acceptable to agency's insurance carriers.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to independently use a computer and the ability to learn necessary computer programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual and bicultural skills in Spanish preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>St. Anne's values the dignity and worth of every person we serve.
