Ensure set-ups, timing and product are all served/delivered on time and meeting CFA quality expectations. Provide training to the team as needed for success in Catering execution. </li><li>Social Media- Creates content and follows a schedule for when to post in collaboration with S&BG Director. Is fluent in Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms. Understands the social media algorithms and shares new content that will drive business to the store. </li><li>Community Outreach- Supports S&BG Director in community events and spirit nights at the store.
