Completes project within budget and on time. </li><li>Responds to emergency calls after scheduled working hours, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Assists in training. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Technical Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or trade training preferred. </li><li>At least 3 years related maintenance experience required. </li></ul> <p>Salary range: $30-45/hr</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
