We provide support for clients during every step of the product development lifecycle and beyond.</p> <p>Come and work for an organization with the:</p> <p>Vision to inspire innovative MedTech solutions that advance global healthcare, improve patient lives and accelerate Client success and the</p> <p>Mission to deliver best-in-class global MedTech development solutions through our people, expertise and technology by adhering to our core</p> <p>Values:</p> <ul> <li>Act with integrity in everything we do. </li><li>Provide best-in-class customer experiences. </li><li>Develop superior talent and deliver expertise. </li><li>Respond with agility and provide timely results. </li><li>Embrace collaboration, diverse perspectives and ideas. </li></ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for maintenance and repair of all building support equipment/systems including HVAC, boilers, electrical, emergency power and plumbing in a FDA regulated industry. </li><li>Responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment including autoclaves, RO/DI water system, incubators, temperature/humidity chambers, refrigerators, freezers, exhaust fans, clean rooms, laminar airflow hoods, and biological safety cabinets. </li><li>Completes/troubleshoots unscheduled repairs of building and laboratory equipment </li><li>Coordinates contractors and ensures completion of all tasks </li><li>Picks up parts and supplies at local vendors. </li><li>Assists in all phases of assigned project work including planning, scheduling, acquiring materials, and scheduling contractors. Completes project within budget and on time. </li><li>Responds to emergency calls after scheduled working hours, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Assists in training. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Technical Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or trade training preferred. </li><li>At least 3 years related maintenance experience required. </li></ul> <p>Salary range: $30-45/hr</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range Minimum:</p> <p>$21.25</p> <p>Pay Range Target:</p> <p>$41.00</p> <p>Pay Frequency:</p> <p>Hourly</p> <p>Please Note: Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.</p>
