You will partner with the business to align on Total Talent Management strategies, recommending best-in-class delivery models to meet their evolving needs.</p> <p>As part of the McKinsey Optimize function, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, efficient, and high-quality external workforce management services, ensuring exceptional and productive user experiences.
