You'll collaborate with engineers</p> <p>to refine analysis methods, maintain lab equipment, and ensure efficient battery</p> <p>characterization.</p> <p>THIS IS WHAT YOU"LL DO:</p> <p>Assist engineers with conducting battery failure analysis and reporting findings.</p> <p>Lead routine lab characterization of battery materials and maintain detailed records of</p> <p>collected data.</p> <p>Support and perform battery teardowns, adhering to safety protocols.</p> <p>Manage and maintain lab equipment, ensuring readiness for analysis and troubleshooting</p> <p>basic issues.</p> <p>Monitor lab operations to ensure smooth functionality and collaborate with engineers to</p> <p>resolve equipment performance challenges.</p> <p>Assist in updating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for battery</p> <p>characterization and testing to improve workflow efficiency.</p> <p>Collaborate with engineers to diagnose and troubleshoot characterization equipment,</p> <p>reporting issues for resolution.</p> <p>Foster collaboration within the cross-functional team and contribute to Client's core</p> <p>values.</p> <p>THIS IS WHAT YOU"LL NEED</p> <p>Associate"s or Bachelor"s degree with some experience as a technician, preferably in</p> <p>failure analysis, battery characterization, or use of routine lab equipment.</p> <p>Basic understanding of general laboratory equipment such as microscopes, FTIR, TGA,</p> <p>XRD, etc. Use or understanding of a CT machine is a plus but not required.</p> <p>Hands-on experience performing routine tasks in a battery laboratory, with an</p> <p>understanding of standard safety protocols and equipment maintenance.</p> <p>Strong organizational skills to assist with day-to-day tasks related to assembly, testing,</p> <p>and lab maintenance, ensuring consistency in workflow and communication of progress.</p> <p>Maintain excellent record keeping of observations detected, ability to prioritize daily</p> <p>work with little assistance, and make data driven decisions</p> <p>Good written and verbal communication skills to help with routine reporting and</p> <p>collaboration with cross-functional teams on basic lab and assembly tasks.</p> <p>If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
