If you're ready for the right place to belong and grow your career, you can find it here.\nBenefits that set us apart.\n\nComprehensive medical including Fertility, Adoption benefits, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nRemote ½ day Fridays\nOnsite Health & Wellness Center\nEmployer 401K contribution in the top 1% of the nation\nRelocation Assistance\nTuition Assistance\nAccess to Employee Store\n\nWhat You Do. \n\nStrategic Trade Planning & Business Support\n\nSupport the analysis of customer sales and business plans to identify opportunities, risks, and gaps\nQuantify financial and volume impacts of trade strategies and proposed changes\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Analytics) to develop recommendations\nPrepare analysis and materials for discussions with Sales Managers and Directors\nImplement approved changes to customer business plans within the Trade Management System\n\nClearly communicate updates, assumptions, and implications to downstream teams\nCoordinate execution across customer teams as directed\n\n\nTrade Promotion Management & Systems Execution\n\nSupport day-to-day execution of trade planning and promotion management within the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system\nAssist in managing Broker Agency Financial Managers' inputs to ensure accuracy and timeliness\nMaintain trade plans, promotional events, and system data in alignment with governance standards\nSupport training efforts for Field Sales and Broker Agency partners on trade processes and tools\nProvide feedback and support on system enhancements and process improvements\n\n\nPromotional, Pricing & Customer Analytics\n\nAnalyze and report on customer pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies\nAssist in evaluating promotion effectiveness through post-promotion analysis\nDevelop working knowledge of customer promotion policies, tendencies, and constraints\nSupport competitive analysis and customer review preparation\nApply customer segmentation and profitability concepts (e.g., PNOC) to support trade decision-making \n\n\nTrade Spend, Budget & Financial Controls\n\nSupport customer-level trade budget tracking and monitoring\nPrepare and review reports and scorecards to identify variances and potential risks\nAssist with the trade and slotting exception process, following established guidelines\nCoordinate with Finance and Customer Support on deductions tracking and resolution\nSupport reconciliation of customer order pricing and approved offers in partnership with Demand Planning and Customer Support\n\n\nAnnual & In-Year Planning Support\n\nSupport annual, mid-year, and in-year trade planning activities with Field Sales and Broker Agency partners\nAssist in maintaining customer business plans aligned to strategic planning rates\nIncorporate insights from post-promotion analysis into future trade recommendations\nContribute to the development and maintenance of customer planning templates and tools\n\n\nAvailable for travel 20% of the time\n\n\n\nYour Education and Experience.\n\nBachelor's degree required \n3+ years of related experience\nProficient in Microsoft Office required\nSyndicated date experience required: Circana/IRI or Nielsen\nCPG experience preferred\n\nOur Story.\nWith over 2,400+ employees and net sales of nearly $1.8 billion, Sargento is a family-owned company that has been a leader in cheese for more than 70 years.
