Working with our industry partners we have obtained discounts for our employees on firearms, targets, optics, range passes, and many other products. </li></ul> <p>What will you be doing?</p> <p>Assisting the International Business Development Team to achieve sales goals by responding timely and efficiently to customer needs.</p> <p>Some of your day-to-day tasks?</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of ATI products. </li><li>Assist International Territory Directors in project management of all won bids and help secure all key players involved are performing according to agreed terms. </li><li>Become proficient in quoting potential projects. This requires a thorough understanding of each Action Target product and being able to work with the estimation tools to compile an accurate cost basis. </li><li>Complete expense reports, sales reports, and misc. paperwork. </li><li>Study information about new products so that appropriate recommendations about company products and services are presented to potential buyers. </li><li>Effectively work with the company's different functional teams including drafting, engineering, procurement, and project management to provide customers with seamless experiences with the company. </li><li>Represent the company at industry trade events and by traveling to site-visits and customer meetings as needed. </li><li>Advise customers regarding layouts, legal and insurance regulations, cost analysis, contract negotiations and collection methods for outdoor range sales. </li><li>Prepare bids and commit orders for customers. </li><li>Communicate with accounts payable to establish invoicing protocols for unique projects. </li><li>Assist the shipping department to properly prepare international shipping documents. </li><li>Coordinate with shipping department to validate shipping costs for each estimation. </li><li>Ensure contracts with International distribution are up to date. </li><li>Communicate important customer feedback to proper internal stakeholders. </li><li>Take and place phone calls to/from customers at the direction of the Team Managers-sometimes after hours or on the weekends to accommodate global time zones and business hours. </li><li>Hand off warranty and service contacts to After Market Services department. </li><li>Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails. </li><li>Assist with establishing travel itineraries for self and International Team Managers. </li></ul> <p>What do you need to be able to do?</p> <ul> <li>Education: bachelor's degree (four-year college or university) preferred </li><li>Experience: Two to four years related experience especially in the areas of sales and project management. </li><li>Computer skills: Well trained on spreadsheets and word processing. Microsoft 365 suite. Familiar with ERP systems. Experience with Panda Doc a plus. </li><li>Self-Starter </li><li>High organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time. </li><li>Ability to prioritize own workload. </li><li>Strong communication skills. </li><li>Background in Law Enforcement, Military or construction management a plus </li><li>International business experience a plus </li><li>Must be detail oriented. </li><li>Must be able to work alone without supervision and still be effective and get prospecting and job tasks done expeditiously. </li><li>Willingness to work outside of typical US business hours when needed. </li></ul> <p>Action Target is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
