<p>Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the bank's capital planning, stress testing, and regulatory governance initiatives. This role is responsible for helping manage the documentation, reporting, and communication processes supporting capital stress testing and CCAR. A key focus of this role is strong writing and communication skills, with an emphasis on drafting clear, concise, and well-structured documents and presentations for senior audiences. Responsibilities Capital Planning and Governance Support • Contribute to the execution of the capital planning cycle by supporting the development and refinement of governance presentations, capital plan, and regulatory documentation. • Assist in drafting and maintaining program-level standards, procedures, and governance artifacts that align with regulatory expectations and internal requirements. Documentation and Content Management • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and written materials for senior management, risk committees, and the Board of Directors. • Translate complex regulatory, financial, and risk-related content into clear, well-structured narratives tailored to executive and regulatory audiences. • Ensure all materials adhere to internal style guidelines and present a clear storyline backed by data. • Write, edit, and manage comprehensive documentation for the capital planning program, including internal standards, program overviews, and supporting analysis. • Maintain accurate version control of official documentation, including frameworks, templates, and inventories. • Assist with meeting preparation, including writing agendas, meeting minutes, and summarizing action items and decisions. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Credit, and Model Risk Management to collect, validate, and consolidate inputs for capital planning and stress testing processes. • Coordinate updates to documentation and ensure timely completion of key deliverables for internal and external review. Monitoring and Reporting • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and status updates related to capital planning documentation and governance deliverables. • Track updates and monitor compliance with internal governance timelines and regulatory milestones. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Finance or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Finance or Analytics Maintains current knowledge of financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, and industry trends, Knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis, Familiarity with applicable Business Intelligence (BI) tools Benefits are an integral part of total rewards and First Citizens Bank is committed to providing a competitive, thoughtfully designed and quality benefits program to meet the needs of our associates.
