<p>Position Title Part-Time Barista/ Front of House (FOH) Shift Leader - Eagles Nest Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Set up coffee area at the beginning of day (Brew coffees and teas). </li><li>Fill up ice cart for their stations. </li><li>Stock up coffee station (coffee and non-coffee products and supplies pertaining to the area) at the beginning and end of shift. </li><li>Prepare coffee shop orders. </li><li>Clean and sanitize areas/ dishes, take out the trash. </li><li>Open gates at the beginning of shift. </li><li>Stock up Condiment Bar and utensils in the Dining Room. </li><li>Clean and sanitize counters in the FOH (coffee, salad bar, fountain drink, and register stations). </li><li>Take orders and payments at the registers. </li><li>Deliver food from kitchen to pick up window. </li><li>Sanitize tables and remove trash from the dining room as needed. </li><li>Stock convenience store when needed; check and set aside outdated items. </li><li>With the help of Back of House (BOH), prepare and set up salad bar weekly. </li><li>Service salad bar daily, checking for quality and refilling items as needed. </li><li>Basic prep work for salad bar items include: chopping lettuce, lunch meats, slicing vegetables. </li><li>Wash and sanitize salad bar containers and tools. </li><li>Communicate maintenance Issues to management. </li><li>Direct student working the same shift. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma. </li><li>Must possess a positive, enthusiastic personality in dealing with University faculty, staff and student customers. </li><li>Must be detail oriented, reliable as well as a self-starter and work with little or no supervision. </li><li>Excellent stamina, occasional heavy lifting as well as being on feet for a long period of time. </li><li>Ability to work under pressure at peak service times. </li><li>Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
