<p>We are seeking an experienced Salesforce UAT Tester to join our QEA team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Testing and UAT Testing. You will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and documenting User Acceptance Testing activities for Salesforce applications. We have been ranked #1 for Market Impact by Everest Group four times in a row and ranked #1 for completeness of vision, test advisory and Digital Business Assurance in Gartner Magic Quadrant!</p> <p>UAT Lead - Salesforce Testing</p> <p>Location: Titusville, NJ (Hybrid Role - 3 days from the office)</p> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Must have 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce testing, preferably in Life Science and Health science domain. </li><li>Must have 3+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce applications. </li><li>Strong SFDC knowledge (Health cloud, Experience cloud, Data cloud). </li><li>Strong understanding of User Acceptance Testing processes and best practices. </li><li>Strong knowledge of SOQL(Salesforce Object Query Language). </li><li>Strong experience in Middleware and integration testing. </li><li>Prior experience in leading a team size of 5 - 15 resources. </li><li>Prior experience in working in a multi-vendor ecosystem and offshore-onsite collaboration. </li><li>Test management and hands on knowledge of Jira, Xray. </li><li>CI/CD concept (at lest moderate knowledge of GIT and Bitbucket). </li></ul> <p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that software meets business requirements. </li><li>Lead the testing strategy and execution for Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. </li><li>Develop UAT test plans, scripts, and data based on functional requirements. </li><li>Provide UAT testing support, UAT planning, test authoring and orchestration. </li><li>Conduct functional testing to validate Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, processes, and data validation rules. </li><li>Participate in UAT readiness and kick-off meetings, walkthroughs, and test script reviews. </li><li>Participate in business and technical refinements calls and suggest feedback based on application impact while story refinements. </li><li>Provide expertise in Test Management to coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple projects. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines. </li></ul> <p>Salary and Other Compensation: .</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until 09/5/2025.</p> <p>The annual salary for this position is between [$90,00 - $130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</p> <p>This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.</p> <p>Work Authorization:</p> <p>Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:</p> <p>Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance</p> <p>Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off</p> <p>401(k) plan and contributions</p> <p>Long-term/Short-term Disability</p> <p>Paid Parental Leave</p> <p>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</p> <p>Disclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
