<p>Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus</p> <p>8111 S Emerson Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46237</p> <p>The Revenue Cycle Patient Access Representative II (PAR) performs tasks related to Pre-Registration, Registration, Patient Financial Counseling, and collections of patient liabilities of co-payments. They collect demographic and financial information necessary for the generation of medical records of all services performed at Franciscan Alliance. This position distributes information to patients or their representative, and other information required by federal and state guidelines, and ensures that patient information meets all quality and regulatory standards. The ability to compassionately engage in conversation with patients on their responsibilities for Copayment, Prepayment and Outstanding Balances.</p> <p>WHO WE ARE</p> <p>With 12 ministries and access points across Indiana and Illinois, Franciscan Health is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest. Franciscan Health takes pride in hiring coworkers that provide compassionate, comprehensive care for our patients and the communities we serve.</p> <p>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT</p> <ul> <li> <p>Enter insurance policy number, group number, address, and telephone numbers.</p> </li><li> <p>Verbally interview patient and/or family in order to obtain registration information.</p> </li><li> <p>Enter patient billing and clinical data.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify co-payment procedures and fiscal procedures related to registration procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete computer and telephone pre-registrations to maintain patient flow.</p> </li><li> <p>Work schedule is PRN (as needed).</p> </li><li> <p>Training will be 4-6 weeks.
