Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine</p> <p>Purpose:</p> <p>The Learning Execution Manager (LEM) is a critical position on the Immunology Learning Excellence team with the core remit of developing a learning continuum aligned to the annual business plan to enhance field readiness and impact. The LBP will be responsible for developing the strategy, content and learning journey that enhances field effectiveness for newly hired APP-S and accelerates the impact of this team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities / Areas of Focus:</p> <ul> <li>Builds and implements the learning and development strategy and engineers the annual Learning Excellence Business Plan for the franchise APP-S team. </li><li>Develops learning journeys and identifies the content needed to support the APP-S team. </li><li>Collaborates with agency partners and Center of Excellence personnel to develop and gain approval for new content. </li><li>Facilitates new hire onboarding and continuation training at POA meetings and national meetings. </li><li>Partners with the field leadership and sales analytics teams to identify opportunities to improve APP-S team performance through focused training. </li><li>Partners closely with the Field Director to identify and prioritize the learning opportunities and for Region Business Manager development. </li><li>Designs a leadership development curriculum to support a learning journey for Region Business Managers. </li><li>Utilizes and monitors project timelines, resources, and budget projections for short- and long-term high impact training programs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of industry experience and 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Biotech Sales or direct patient care experience </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) </li><li>The ability to travel, which may include overnight travel, up to 40% of the time. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Immunology/Rheumatology experience </li><li>Advanced medical degree, NP (Nurse Practitioner), PA (Physician Assistant), with relevant Rheumatology clinical experience </li><li>Experience with biologic fulfillment using medical and pharmacy benefits. </li><li>Previous training experience </li><li>Previous Rheumatology clinical experience as an APP. </li></ul> <p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
