This is Your Opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives within a dynamic, collaborative environment dedicated to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage the execution of capital projects ASTM E2307 and E119, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. </li><li>Coordinate multiple vendors, oversee procurement processes, and act as the primary point of contact for project vendors. </li><li>Support development and implementation of test system processes, including hardware/software design and documentation. </li><li>Assist in designing streamlined processes and reducing manual decision points to enhance testing workflows. </li><li>Prepare documentation, monitor project timelines, and report progress and expenditures to stakeholders. </li><li>Foster a safety-first mindset, adhering to the safety culture in all laboratory activities. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) </li><li>Strong project management skills and vendor coordination experience </li><li>Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills </li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with ASTM, ISO, IEC, or ANSI thermal, acoustic, or fire testing </li><li>Background in engineering or scientific fields </li><li>Laboratory experience including equipment assembly and testing </li><li>Familiarity with CAD, 3D printing, and programming </li><li>Prior experience working with hardware/software for test systems </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field </li><li>2-3 years of industry experience, particularly in laboratory or testing environments </li><li>Hands-on experience with equipment design and test system support </li></ul> <p>Category Code: JN008</p> <p>#LI-BL1</p>
