<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Provide services to support the continued operation, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment, and all related systems, including automation controls/energy management.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>High school graduate</p> <p>Completion of HVAC Certification Programs Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification DDC & Pneumatic Controls Training</p> <p>Individual must have a valid drivers license and be insurable by the University, which includes maintaining a low risk driving record</p> <p>Documentation required for all of the above</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:</p> <p>Five years of recent experience performing work as described herein Institutional experience</p> <p>Special Instructions to Applicants:</p> <p>To apply please submit a cover letter addressing each minimum qualification and any applicable preferred qualifications that you meet.</p> <p>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
