Apply now and join our team of passionate Child Care Teachers.</p> <p>Pay: $22 - $27 per hour</p> <p>Age Group: Infants / Toddlers</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday </li><li>Full Time </li></ul> <p>Role and Responsibilities</p> <p>Curriculum & Lesson Implementation</p> <ul> <li>Implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with developmental milestones. </li><li>Incorporate sensory play, music and movement, language development, and hands-on learning. </li><li>Facilitate both structured and unstructured play experiences. </li><li>Observe and adapt activities based on individual child needs and interests. </li></ul> <p>Developmental Support</p> <ul> <li>Support toddlers' language acquisition, emotional expression, gross and fine motor development, and independence. </li><li>Guide and model appropriate behavior and social interactions. </li><li>Encourage self-help skills (feeding, dressing, toileting, hand washing). </li></ul> <p>Communication</p> <ul> <li>Build trusting relationships with children and families. </li><li>Provide daily verbal or written updates on each child's day (eating, sleeping, toileting, activities). </li><li>Communicate developmental observations and concerns to parents and leadership team. </li></ul> <p>Classroom Management</p> <ul> <li>Maintain an organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment. </li><li>Ensure toys and learning materials are rotated and sanitized regularly. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1 year of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of professional teaching experience required </li><li>Associates degree in Early childhood or Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred along with a study plan for obtaining early childcare certification. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP). </li><li>CPR and First Aide certification preferred </li><li>Must meet state specific guidelines for the role </li></ul>
