<p>Job Title: Manufacturing Order Processor</p> <p>Reports to: Plant Manager</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Manufacturing Order Processor provides administrative and clerical support to various departments in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a key part in facilitating production by managing order facilitation, conducting research, performing reconciliation tasks, and supporting inventory-related activities. Additionally, this position supports the Operations and Human Resources department with functions such as: employee onboarding and engagement, visitor coordination, payroll and timekeeping. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated professional capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast- paced setting.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and organize records, work orders, and inventory-related transactions </li><li>Perform data entry and order processing </li><li>Review and reconcile production data and associated documentation </li><li>Assist with inventory maintenance and related tasks </li><li>Process and print production identification tags </li><li>Greet, welcome, and direct visitors </li><li>Provide administrative and clerical support to the plant leadership team </li><li>Answer and appropriately redirect telephone calls </li><li>Perform administrative tasks for the Human Resources office while maintaining strict confidentiality </li><li>Assist with pre-employment activities, including uniform ordering, locker assignment, time clock set up, schedule entry in HRIS, and pre-employment testing </li><li>Manage time and attendance system. Approve timecards weekly. </li><li>Compline and distribute weekly attendance reports to leadership </li><li>Prepare and track progressive discipline documentation </li><li>Maintain professionalism in all internal and external interactions </li><li>Additional duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements/ Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree strongly preferred </li><li>Minimum of two years administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) </li><li>Solid math and analytical abilities </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li><li>Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Comfortable working with standard office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines) </li><li>Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds </li></ul> <p>Must be available to work 7:00am-4:00pm.</p>
