<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for performing deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Cleans kitchen surfaces including walls, floors and ceilings </li><li>Cleans kitchen equipment including pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, ventilation hoods and any other equipment </li><li>Assists with other stewarding duties, as needed </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Removes all trash and recyclable materials from designated areas to appropriate containers </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision </li><li>Ability to use caustic chemicals and operate various cleaning equipment such as a pressure washer </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of cleaning methods </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals </li><li>Use of cleaning equipment </li><li>Understanding of health and sanitation guidelines </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Fast paced kitchen environment </li><li>Vigorous scrubbing, sweeping, mopping and scraping </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
