Backed by our national strength and our local partners' role is to be a steady presence, a source of comfort and guidance, and a partner in celebrating the life and legacy of the person who has passed.</p> <p>The Impact You Will Make</p> <p>The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives of the Marketing department. This position manages project workflows using monday.com, assists in campaign execution across various channels, and ensures timely delivery of marketing materials. The Coordinator is responsible for designing collateral using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva, while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail. Additional responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining SOPs, tracking project milestones, and supporting CRM data and reporting efforts. Success in this role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and a creative approach to problem-solving.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support the Senior Director, Marketing and Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing tasks and long-term initiatives. </li><li>Design and manage marketing collateral for cemetery and funeral home marketing programs using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. </li><li>Manage and respond to marketing requests from field and corporate locations. </li><li>Coordinate the printing and distribution of marketing materials. </li><li>Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department. </li><li>Schedule and document marketing project meetings, tracking action items and deadlines via monday.com. </li><li>Assist with execution of marketing efforts across direct mail, social media, web, brochures, print ads, and flyers. </li><li>Build and maintain sales-related data in CRM systems and Excel. </li><li>Support sales training efforts by providing updated and relevant marketing materials. </li><li>Create and deliver marketing performance reports as needed. </li><li>Process invoices and purchase orders for marketing-related expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director, Marketing and Marketing Manager. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. </li><li>1 - 3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or design role. </li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva is required. </li><li>Experience using monday.com or other project management tools. </li><li>Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system; knowledge of HubSpot a plus. </li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and design accuracy. </li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. </li><li>Comfortable in a multi-site, multi-state organizational environment. </li><li>Empathy, discretion, and an understanding of the sensitive nature of our services.
