We anticipate getting several RBT roles supporting William Penn School District.</p> <p>In this role you will work with students in public schools in and around William Penn School District for the 2025-2026 school year. You will support students K-12 with their behavioral and learning needs in a variety of school settings, including the classroom, specials, recess and lunch. In this position you will work along side our team of clinicians and emotional support educators to transfer skills and fasciitate students academic development.</p> <p>We offer training for people who do not yet have their RBT credential and are interested in this career path!</p> <p>Being a Registered Behavior Technician at Devereux has its Advantages!</p> <p>You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping students. We offer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>School-Based Hours 7.5 hours/day Mon-Fri</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive Pay: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on experience/education)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong supervision - Work closely with an experienced supervisor</p> </li><li> <p>ASCEND - Career Accelerator Program will help pay back student loans and pay for continuing education. To learn more click Here!</p> </li></ul> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work one-on-one with students, implementing behavior support strategies and supporting instruction</p> </li><li> <p>Provide coaching and modelling for school staff</p> </li><li> <p>Work in a multidisciplinary setting with teachers, administrators, clinicians</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with the team about student progress</p> </li></ul> <p>Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides support to schools around early learning, academic interventions, safety practices, and the assessment and treatment of students with complex behaviors, cognitive challenges and communication needs. Devereux uses evidence-based practices with an emphasis on assisting school systems with special education population.</p> <p>#sponsored</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education : High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field; RBT certification strongly preferred. Will consider candidates in process to complete RBT Certification.</p> <p>Experience : Must have one year of experience working directly with children or adolescents along the autism spectrum/behavioral challenges. Previous RBT experience preferred, but training and supervision will be provided.
