<p>Bertera Chrysler is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient and accurate parts ordering and inventory management.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist customers & Technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers & Dealership Staff. </li><li>Utilize specialized software to look up and order parts, as well as manage inventory </li><li>Maintain accurate records of parts sales and inventory levels </li><li>Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders </li><li>Keep up-to-date on new products and developments in the automotive parts industry </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership or parts department </li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively </li><li>Proficiency with computers and software systems used for automotive parts management </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within our organization.
