In this role you will take part in leading the engineering activities in aerospace projects and accompany innovative composite structures from design to serial production. Join us and become part of an organization that drives technological excellence and meaningful achievements in the defense industry</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Lead engineering activities in aerospace projects including preparation and management of the engineering plan for transferring composite structure design to prototype and serial production</p> <p>Define manufacturing processes and required technologies</p> <p>Characterize and determine the requirements for tool design</p> <p>Define and support production processes</p> <p>Manage project execution ensuring adherence to schedule and cost requirements</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering</p> <p>At least 3 years of relevant industrial experience- Experience leading projects and tasks in a matrix work environment - Advantage</p> <p>Proficiency in CAD software - Advantage for CATIA</p> <p>Familiarity with composite structures - Advantage</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills with teamwork ability independence and initiative</p> <p>High level of English</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
