<p>Architectural Designer</p> <p>Location: Milwaukee, WI</p> <p>Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite</p> <p>? Industry: Design-Build | Commercial & Industrial</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join a growing design-build firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with both the design and construction teams.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, is confident in managing multiple project phases, and is interested in working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative design-build environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and produce architectural drawings and construction documents from schematic design through construction </li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions </li><li>Support client interactions and participate in design meetings </li><li>Coordinate with MEP, structural, and outside consultants </li><li>Assist with code analysis, permitting, and regulatory approvals </li><li>Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings during construction </li><li>Participate in site visits to ensure design intent is maintained </li><li>Help manage project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field </li><li>5+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in commercial and/or industrial projects </li><li>Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD </li><li>Experience developing construction documents and coordinating across disciplines </li><li>Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction methods </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a design-build environment </li><li>Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse projects </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
